Operations Manager

This role requires a balance of leadership and presence, setting the tone for excellence at every moment. As an Operations Manager at Tallow Steakhouse, you'll be at the center of operations, overseeing staff training, guest relations, financial oversight, and service execution.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Food Manager Certification
• Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality culture.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
