Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales with proven success in closing complex deals (ideally 3-5 years)
- Ability to win customers on a personal level and use data-based arguments for effective sales
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue sales, ideally with a focus on HR or technology
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and a keen sense of promising sales approaches
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as diplomatic skills
- Team orientation and a positive, dynamic attitude in a collaborative environment
- Language skills in German and English (C1/C2 level)
