As a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will build a central lever for engagement & growth by creating a scalable, personalized user communication platform. You will be responsible for setting up, developing, and optimizing the marketing automation platform, as well as monitoring campaign performance and conducting A/B tests. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the B2C/App environment
- Hands-on experience with a multichannel CRM/Automation platform
- Very good understanding of lifecycle/journeys, trigger-based communication, personalization
- Practical experience with push & in-app (Deep Links / Routing logic)
- KPI-sure and test-driven
