The Brand Chef oversees culinary operations across multiple locations within a defined region, ensuring food quality, menu execution, and cost controls. This leader combines strategic planning, hands-on support, and collaboration with operations leadership and franchises to drive consistent operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost management
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
