Job Description
Impact Kitchen is looking for a Culinary Experience Manager to lead the kitchen and culinary team in delivering great food and minimizing waste. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, has a culinary degree or equivalent experience, and can manage food and labour costs. Requirements
- Culinary Degree from a recognized Institute of Culinary Arts or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Proven understanding and success managing food and labour costs
- Comprehensive knowledge of food production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
- Exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills
