Regional Operations Manager responsible for partnering with Managers and Franchisees to develop and facilitate operational capabilities to deliver results within assigned restaurants. Conducts audits and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards and develops action plans to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in multi-unit franchise restaurant
• Experience in operations considered
• MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety

• Strong communication skills

• Strong teamwork skills
• Training experience is required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
