Job Description
Forbright Bank seeks an Analyst, Operations Quality Control, Digital Banking to support the Senior Manager in executing the Digital Banking Operations Quality Control program. The successful candidate will evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and validate alignment with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Execute Quality Control testing in accordance with the Digital Banking Quality Control annual review schedule
- Assess the effectiveness of key processes and controls across Digital Banking Operations
- Partner with process owners and business leaders to validate observations and formalize management action plans
- Prepare and communicate results through various reports to Compliance Management, Business Units, and additional stakeholders
- Stay current on industry issues and regulatory developments to evaluate potential impact on quality control testing procedures
