Requirements

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts
• Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Monitor customer utilization and health scores
• Analyze data to improve customer experience
• Provide quarterly forecast for renewals and expansion opportunities
• Comply with Success KPI tracking in tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight
• Contract Management and Renewals Negotiations
