We are seeking an experienced professional to join us in a six month fixed term, project based role focused on the set up, delivery and planning of the hospital expansion.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience as a P&C Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong generalist capability across workforce planning, change support and leader coaching
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet tight project timeframes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
