Forensicare has an exciting opportunity for a Business Partner to join Victoria's leading Forensic Mental Health service. The role will involve working with the Prisons directorate, providing expert guidance on complex people matters and coaching leaders to build capability, manage risk and resolve issues early.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/ER/Business or equivalent experience
- Strong experience interpreting industrial agreements and employment legislation
- Demonstrated capability advising on sensitive and complex people matters
- Excellent influencing, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and operate confidently in fast-paced environments
- A values-driven, solutions-focused mindset with high professional integrity
- Experience in healthcare or other complex, regulated settings (desirable)
