People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS). The successful candidate will provide HR/ER support to leaders, deliver people partnering, and support workforce and capability development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives and support leaders and teams to navigate complexity and deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
• Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or senior advisory role, preferably within a health or complex service environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and industrial matters
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Industrial instruments and best practice HR frameworks
