Job Description
Forge Health is a mission-driven outpatient mental health and substance use provider looking for a clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals in need through an innovative practice.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Hampshire as a LCMHC or similar credentials including LICSW or LMFT.
- Masters Degree in Social Work or a similar field.
- Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification a plus.
- Experience working with the Veteran and First Responder population preferred.
