Job Description
Forge Health is a mission-driven outpatient mental health and substance use provider dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities in need. As a Veterans Services Licensed Clinician, you will provide behavioral health services to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation's Memphis Veterans Village.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in Tennessee as a LCSW or LPC/MHSP
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Social Work or a similar field
- Demonstrated knowledge working with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with or serving veteran populations is preferred
