Job Description
Forge Health is a mission-driven outpatient mental health and substance use provider dedicated to providing the highest quality, affordable, and effective care to individuals, families, and communities in need. We are seeking a Veterans Services Licensed Clinician to provide behavioral health services to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation's Charleston Veterans Village.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in South Carolina as a LISW-CP or LPC
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Social Work or a similar field
- Demonstrated knowledge working with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with or serving veteran populations is preferred
