Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and meticulous employee for a laboratory role to support our analytical team in Frankfurt am Main. The position involves routine analytical work with a focus on HPLC-UV analysis, quantification, and physicochemical characterization of proteins.
Requirements
- Perform routine HPLC-UV analyses according to established SOPs
- Prepare samples for protein analysis (e.g. protein extraction, degradation, purification)
- Perform protein assays (e.g. Bradford) and support physicochemical analyses (e.g. particle size determination)
- Carefully evaluate and document results according to internal guidelines
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain analytical equipment
- Collaborate closely with scientists to support ongoing projects
