Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytically thinking Research Associate to strengthen our Protein Analytics team in Frankfurt am Main. You will be responsible for conducting and developing analytical methods with a strong focus on HPLC-UV analytics, as well as the physicochemical and functional characterization of proteins and protein powders.

- DurchfĂĽhrung und Optimierung eines breiten Spektrums physikochemischer und funktionaler Tests an Proteinpulvern
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Ergebnisse, kritische Datenauswertung und Berichterstattung an das Team
- Bedienung, Wartung, Kalibrierung und Troubleshooting an analytischen Geräten
- Beitrag zur Methodenoptimierung und UnterstĂĽtzung laufender F&E-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Wissenschaftler:innen
