Job Description
This position involves providing advanced technical support to Fortinet customers, particularly in the telco and enterprise spaces. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to contribute to documentation and process improvements. Experience with Fortinet products is preferred.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a technical support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent training)
- Advanced knowledge of English
- French is highly desirable (written and spoken)
