Professional Services Consultant

Professional Services Consultant position, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop solution, transition, and delivery strategies.

Requirements

• Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design.
• Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Strong customer-facing presence, professionalism, and consulting mindset.
• Well-developed and effective communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of general security and networking principles and technologies such as: Cloud Security, Web App Security, Email Security, Network Security, LAN/WAN/WLAN, Identity Services, Endpoint Security, IoT Security.
• Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.
• Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
• Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Relevant networking and/or security certifications such as NSE, CISSP, GIAC, CCNP, CCIE, CCFA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Ability to flex working hours to accommodate customer time zones.
• Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing, supporting and operating Fortinet products is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
