Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant with solid technical expertise in system architecture and design, strong customer-facing presence, and ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design
• Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving
• Strong customer-facing presence, professionalism, and consulting mindset
• Well-developed and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of general security and networking principles and technologies
• Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies
• Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs
• Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer
• Relevant networking and/or security certifications are a plus
• Ability to flex working hours to accommodate customer time zones
• Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing, supporting and operating Fortinet products is a strong plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
