Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional and delivery phases. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in system architecture and design, ability to study and solve complex technical challenges, and strong customer-facing presence.

• Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design
• Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving
• Strong customer-facing presence, professionalism, and consulting mindset
• Well-developed and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of general security and networking principles and technologies
• Relevant industry experience in NGFW and cloud-based technologies
• Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs
• Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer
• Relevant networking and/or security certifications
• Ability to flex working hours to accommodate customer time zones
• Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing, supporting and operating Fortinet products
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
