Professional Services Consultant

Seeking a Professional Services Consultant to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional and delivery phases.

Requirements

• Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design.
• Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
• Strong customer-facing presence, professionalism, and consulting mindset
• Well-developed and effective communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems and infrastructure.
• Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.
• Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
• Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Relevant networking and/or security certifications such as NSE, CISSP, GIAC, CCNP, CCIE, CCFA, or equivalent are a plus
