Renewals Representative supports all operational functions of the full Renewal Sales cycle, including interfacing with customers and sales teams, generating install base asset reports, and managing inbound renewal email aliases. The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and other software applications, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The Renewal Representative will be responsible for meeting daily/weekly SLAs, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, and meeting quota targets.
