The Renewal Representative will support all operational functions of the full Renewal Sales cycle, including interfacing with customers, sales teams, and partners to drive commercial and mid-enterprise renewals. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B Channel Sales and Direct Sales motions, as well as a track record of meeting quotas and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Support all operational functions of the full Renewal Sales cycle
- Interface with customers, sales teams, and partners to drive commercial and mid-enterprise renewals
- Meet daily/weekly SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- Carry quota tied to territory renewal goals
- Utilize Salesforce, Renewal Tracking System, and FreshDesk Ticketing system daily
- Train new hire sales reps on renewal process and best practices
