Technical Support Engineer - FortiSASE

Fortinet is seeking strong technical support engineers to join their growing EMEA technical support team. The role involves troubleshooting FortiSase, analyzing configuration data, recommending corrective actions, educating customers, and managing technical cases until resolution. Experience in networking or security is preferred.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot FortiSase
• Collection, analysis and change recommendations of configuration information
• Collection and analysis of customer system information
• Recommend corrective actions based on analysis
• Provide Customer education
• Consultation of technical documentation and release notes
• Reproduction of customer environments
• Follow up on technical cases
• Manage customer communications and expectations
• Conduct and lead customer management meetings
