Technical Support Engineer - FSIEM

Fortinet is seeking experienced Technical Support Engineers for their expanding EMEA team. The role involves deep knowledge of FortiSIEM, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively communicate with customers. This is a full-time position focused on providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to FortiSIEM products.

Requirements

• Investigate customer issues, replication problems, and provide solutions.
• Analyze reported problems and technical investigation using debug traces.
• Provide technical solutions for customer issues.
• Follow-up with R&D to resolve product issues.
• Creation of technical documentation and bulletins.
• Develop core competency on Fortinet’s product line.
• Strong understanding of data networking protocols, TCP/IP, routing and switching.
