Business Development Manager – Fluke Calibration, ANZ

The Business Development Manager - Fluke Calibration (ANZ) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic adoption of Fluke Calibration hardware, software, and services across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding channel and service partner capability, and building strong relationships with calibration laboratories, industrial end users, and government organisations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or key account management within a technical or B2B environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience working with distribution, service partners, or solution-based sales models.
• Ability to manage a regional territory and work autonomously.
• Strong relationship builder with consultative selling skills
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution
