The Sales Compensation Analyst role will provide support to the Sales Compensation Team, focused on commission processing, reporting, and supporting sales commission plan participants and managers. This role will play a key part in Sales Compensation administration efforts as Fluke integrates new acquisitions and other geographic regions not part of the current scope.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end monthly commission processing, including data imports, extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure commission systems produce accurate results and maintain data integrity across HR, CRM and other platforms.
- Administer variable pay programs, prepare commission accrual journal entries, and support accurate submissions of commission payments globally.
- Support SOX Controls, audit, compensation governance processes, and compliance checks.
- Conduct regular plan compliance audits and maintain confidentiality of all compensation-related data and documents.
- Maintain accurate participant-to-plan alignment in partnership with HR, per audit standards.
- Enhance compensation operations through automation, standard work documentation, and process optimization.
- Support Sr. Analyst with annual plan rollout and maintain comprehensive compensation documentation and procedures.
