Air International Gateway Operations Manager

The Air International Gateway Operations Manager oversees daily international air import and export operations, supervising a team of air product agents to ensure timely customs clearance, export controls, compliant documentation, and efficient shipment movement.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Import manager
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Leadership skills and ability to successfully delegate tasks across team spectrum
• Willing to go the extra mile for the customer, company, and team
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent track record in the freight forwarding industry
