Job Description
The Air International Gateway Operations Supervisor oversees daily international air import and export operations, supervising a team of air product agents to ensure timely customs clearance, export controls, compliant documentation, and efficient shipment movement.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Import supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Leadership skills and ability to successfully delegate tasks across team spectrum
- Willing to go the extra mile for the customer, company, and team
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent track record in the freight forwarding industry
