Manager Intermodal Brokerage

The Manager, Intermodal Brokerage is responsible for driving the strategy and development of Forward Air's carrier sales and operations team. This team is focused on developing long-term partnerships with carriers and building capacity for Forward Air to support and service our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a carrier sales and operations management role
• 5+ years in Intermodal and Drayage carrier sales/procurement at a 3PL
• Experience managing and coaching a growing team
• Understanding of and ability to create transportation KPI's
• Ability to influence others and drive positive results in short term and long-term initiatives
