We are looking for a Sr. Strategic Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, providing technical ownership and accountability for our customers, and working closely with our Customer Success Managers to drive customer strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience with private SaaS and on-prem SaaS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar experience
- Ability to write and maintain scripts and customer-facing technical project documentation
- Experience with helping customers plan complex technical rollouts
- Working knowledge of threat modeling and software architecture
- Ability to partner with internal teams to reproduce product defects and provide input to on-call teams
