Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources works in accordance with established policies and procedures to plan, coordinate, and direct the operations of the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and Federal labor laws.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the operations of the Human Resources Department
• Oversee the hiring, disciplining and terminating of employees
• Assist in preparing the yearly budget regarding benefit costs and employee activity costs
• Develop and implement goals for meeting Strategic Planning objectives
• Develop policies and procedures as needed
