Literacy Coach (6-12) 2025-2026

Foundation Academies seeks a Literacy Coach to strengthen instruction across grades 6–12 by supporting teachers in reading, discussion, and writing with grade-level texts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• NJ teaching certification in English or Reading Specialist endorsement
• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful secondary ELA or literacy instruction
• Demonstrated expertise in reading comprehension, writing across genres, and academic discourse
• Experience coaching adult learners through modeling, feedback, and data-informed practice
