Job Description
The Employee Benefits Sales Producer develops and maintains a pipeline of new potential clients, analyzes and develops comprehensive solutions to meet clients’ goals, and actively partners with Account Management to ensure success.
Requirements
- Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with decision makers
- Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to convert them to clients
- Attend industry events to source referrals and increase industry knowledge
- Attend training as needed to continue to develop selling/closing skills
- Meet or exceed set annual sales goals
