Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to build the operational layer between multiple functions and the COO, freeing strategic capacity while ensuring execution doesn't slip as we scale. The role requires managing infrastructure, hiring, onboarding, project tracking, and process improvement in a high-growth digital marketing agency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations leadership with direct management of multiple functions or teams
- Agency experience in digital, creative, content, or marketing agency
- Fluency in project management best practices and operational infrastructure
- Experience with remote-first, globally distributed teams
- Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong process design instincts and experience building SOPs and workflows
- Experience in a high-growth environment with rapid headcount or revenue scaling
Benefits
- Base Pay: $110,000–$125,000 CAD (Canada / Band A)
- Variable Compensation: Individual performance bonus (15–20% of base, KPI-tied) and company-wide profit sharing
