Senior Account Manager

We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our 100% remote team, responsible for managing a small portfolio of high-priority clients and ensuring their experience with Foundation is proactive, clear, and outcome-focused.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts as the main point of contact
• Lead client meetings, share project updates, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Coordinate internal teams across content, strategy, and operations
• Track deadlines, budgets, and client KPIs
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to internal leaders
• Maintain accurate client data, resourcing requests, and reporting details
• Complete client NPS surveys and internal health updates on schedule
