We are looking for a hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to own and drive Foundation Health’s marketing strategy and execution. As a team of one, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our brand, telling our story, and fueling commercial growth.
Responsibilities include owning Foundation Health’s LinkedIn strategy, managing website updates, creating high-impact content, building customer-facing and sales enablement materials, and tracking and reporting on marketing performance.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute, with 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.
