Job Description
Customer Service Advisor to take calls on behalf of a customer, handling customer inquiries and making additional sales using suitable sales techniques.
Requirements
- Good oral and written knowledge of the German language
- A minimum level of Abitur
- Commercial thinking and ability to make suggestions
- Experience in a call center is an asset
- Proven skills in interpersonal communication
