Job Description
Foundever is seeking a Dutch Quality Specialist to join their Lisbon team, Portugal. This role involves assessing Audits via data analysis, monitoring CSR performance, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. The specialist will participate in regular calibration sessions, provide training to CSRs, and contribute to a positive company culture.
Requirements
- Native or proficient Dutch (mandatory)
- Native or proficient of English (C2) both verbal and written
- Good organization / time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
- Effective project management
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to give constructive feedback to CSRs
- Counseling skills
- Logical and objective approach to call assessment
- Effective use of Microsoft applications
