We are looking for a French Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include supporting quality scaled quality audits, reviewing previously adjudicated documents, leading and facilitating alignment sessions with the BPOs, performing root cause analysis on quality issues, and analyzing quality trends.
