Job Description
Foundever is seeking a French Quality Specialist to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves assessing audits via data analysis, monitoring CSR performance, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to procedures and scripts. The position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients.
Requirements
- Native or proficient French (mandatory)
- Native or proficient of English (C2) both verbal and written
- Good organization / time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
- Ability to influence behavior
- Effective project management
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to give constructive feedback to CSRs
- Counseling skills
- Logical and objective approach to call assessment
- Ability to provide feedback in a positive and supportive manner

- Minimum 6 months as a Quality Analyst, Quality Specialist or Quality Assurance Auditor
