Sr. Corporate Recruiter - Global

Foundever is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to join their global team. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective candidate sourcing and assessment processes. They will be part of a high-performing team that is data and quality-driven, with a focus on providing a best-in-class experience for internal stakeholders and candidates.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in a seasoned recruiter role or similar role
• Experience in a reputable Executive Search firm, SaaS, or organisation with a digital or technology bias
• Proven track record of successful recruitment for senior leadership positions
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
