Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related talent-focused environment.
- Proven success recruiting across technical and corporate functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales and Accounting/Finance.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and performance insights.
