Requirements
- Preparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards
- Executing and plating menu items according to established standards and recipes
- Demonstrating proficient knife skills and proper food preparation techniques
- Overseeing daily operations when Cook I is absent
- Assisting with menu planning and creation of specials
- Training and supervising Cook III, IV, and Pantry Cooks
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Ensuring proper food handling, storage, rotation, and cost control
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and front of house
- Leading by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and Four Seasons service values
- Supporting a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Handling accidents or emergencies promptly and professionally
- Upholding Four Seasons standards in guest service and team interactions
