Requirements
- Prepare and plate menu items to Four Seasons standards
- Demonstrate proficient knife skills and proper food preparation techniques
- Oversee daily operations when Cook I is absent
- Assist with menu planning and creation of specials
- Train and supervise Cook III, IV, and Pantry Cooks
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, rotation, and cost control
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front of house
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and Four Seasons service values
- Support a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Handle accidents or emergencies promptly and professionally
- Uphold Four Seasons standards in guest service and team interactions
