Job Description
We are seeking a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to assist the Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chefs, and Demi Chefs in ensuring that the pastry department meets the highest standards. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the hotel or pastry industry, or equivalent, and speak fluent Chinese.
