Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Chef de Rang to join their team at their 55-room chalet in Megeve. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Management of commis de rang, Demi-chef de rang, trainees and apprentices.
- Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
- Know the menu and the Chef's suggestions.
- Know and talk about products and their preparation.
