Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring guests receive high-quality food and service, managing a team, and devising and monitoring an annual budget. This role oversees the hotel's Food and Beverage operation, including several outlets and departments.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and management for the Food and Beverage Division
- Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met
- Coordinate employee selection, training, and development
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning and budgeting
- Monitor activities to ensure standards are met and guest needs are met
- Takes initiative to suggest improvements to revenue, cost reduction, and increased guest satisfaction
