Four Seasons is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join their team at the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara. The Director will be responsible for managing the Food & Beverage Operation, ensuring high levels of food quality and service, and developing relationships with key suppliers and industry associates.
Requirements
- Prior Director of Food and Beverage experience (no less than 3 years) in a luxury hotel/resort, with proven record leading fine dining concepts.
- Internationally versed and multi-venue experience with a driven spirit and skill set to deliver on luxury operations including banquet operations, in room dining experiences, and memorable private events.
- Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage Service and Culinary operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent is required.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications. Previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems required.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Spanish preferred.
