Four Seasons is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our talented pastry team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for crafting innovative menus, elevating pastry standards, and ensuring every creation reflects the artistry, precision, and luxury synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry leadership role within a luxury hotel, Michelin-level restaurant or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional organisation, precision and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing budgets, costs and production targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, guest-focused approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business demands
